●what we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information you give us: name, email, shipping address, and payment details (handled by our processor — we never see your full card number).
If you sign up for SMS or email updates, we collect your phone number or email. That's it.
Basic analytics — pages visited, rough location — with no personally identifying information attached.
●how we use it
Order info is used to process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to contact you about it if something comes up.
Signups are used to send drop alerts. Unsubscribe any time.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run the store (payment processor, fulfillment partner, email provider).
●third parties
We use a small number of services to run sideband:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Snipcart — shopping cart
- Cloudflare — hosting and DNS
- Printful — order production and shipping
- MailerLite — email list management
Each has its own privacy policy. They only receive the information needed to do their job.
●your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold and request corrections or deletion.
