●prices and tax
Prices are in Canadian dollars. The price shown in your cart is for display; the price you pay is set at checkout from our current catalog, and the checkout page shows the total before you pay.
Byte Size Web Solutions isn't registered for GST/HST, so no GST/HST is charged on orders.
●payment
Payment is taken by Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see your card number. If you leave the checkout page before paying, nothing is charged.
●made to order
Every piece is made to order. Printful prints and ships it from its facilities in the United States and Canada.
●shipping
We ship to Canada only. Shipping is $10 flat, and free when your items come to $100 or more. It's added at checkout. Processing and delivery times are on the shipping page.
●returns and damaged items
Because every piece is made to order, there are no returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
If a piece arrives damaged or defective, email orders@sideband.ca within 14 days with photos and we'll sort it out. The shipping page has the same policy.
●drops
Drop pieces go on sale at the release time shown on the drop page. They can't be ordered before then.
When a drop is a set number of units, the drop page says so. Once a piece or a size sells out, it can't be ordered.
●your information
What we collect with an order and who handles it is in the privacy policy.
●changes
If these terms change we'll update the date at the top.
